Do I need to show ID during the notarization?
Yes. All signers must present a valid government-issued ID — such as a driver’s license or passport — either in person or through the online verification process.
How fast will I get my completed documents back?
Most documents are returned immediately after signing via email or through our secure portal (ENPSecureShare). For mobile notary services, completed documents can also be returned via FedEx, UPS, or another mailing service — as long as a return label is provided.
Can you notarize documents for clients in hospitals or assisted living?
Yes. Our mobile notaries regularly assist clients in hospitals, nursing homes, and care facilities. To proceed, the signer must be coherent, alert, and able to understand what they are signing. Proper identification is also required, and appointments should be scheduled in advance to allow time for coordination with staff or family.

Absolutely. ENP partners with title companies, escrow agents, and attorneys to handle high-volume signings with reliability and professionalism.

Is this program available to notaries who are not RON-approved?
Yes! Our referral rewards are specifically designed for notaries who are not RON-approved. Simply refer clients who need RON services—ENP will handle the session, and you’ll earn your thank-you reward for helping us grow.
Do I get a reward if my referral cancels or doesn’t complete the session?
No, referral rewards are only rewared when your referred client successfully completes and pays for their RON session with ENP Signing Services.
